How To Create Transparent Background GIFs

Hi, the tutorial worked for one gif but the second gif I tried has a very slow preview, and even the exported result is much slower than it should be. Do you know why by any chance? I can't seem to find any solution to this :/

If I want to put three transparent GIF files in the Photoshop Timeline by Selecting Add Media -- all subsequent gifs have a black background. How do you get ALL separate GIFs to have a transparent background?

why sometimes the output is still blackscreen, sometimes it worked but also sometimes it'll be a black background, do you know how to solve this?

All of this actually work, but I have an issue. MY mov file is way too big for like 600mb after saving from AE. TT^TT So, when I try to convert in Photoshop, it doesnt allow. It's saying Could not complete this oepration. AN unknown error has occurred.

So I try to reduce percentage size in the web legacy, but the result.. its so bad TT^TT

Edit: the original MP4 before remove transparency is 841 kb with only 12 sec O.O but after remove transparency and export to Quicktime O.O it became 613 mb with 2 minute 49 second XD

I have an alpha file and a color file - where/how can I join the two and then export as described? I used Unscreen to edit the original video but their Pro Bundle doesn't work on M1 computer.
