I use Nokia 105 feature phone for most of time and occasionally use Smartphone as 2nd phone. My Samsung smartphone doesn't have greyscale option.

The only app icant uninstall is WhatsApp..

I have been on and off these things and other good habits like waking up early, exercise etc since 2011 and more so since 2017. Everytime I fall out of these, it gets very difficult to follow them again. To the extend that I rewatch all the videos that motivates me. But while I am writing this comment, I'm realising that trick is to not fall back, even at your bad day, follow your routine.

Digital well being is an inbuilt setting to keep track of screen time . No need of external apps

When My screen time was 17.5 hours! Then i realised.. it had become my addiction
