ОтветитьI have been on and off these things and other good habits like waking up early, exercise etc since 2011 and more so since 2017. Everytime I fall out of these, it gets very difficult to follow them again. To the extend that I rewatch all the videos that motivates me. But while I am writing this comment, I'm realising that trick is to not fall back, even at your bad day, follow your routine.
