CBDC is communism. What OP Is not mentioning is that CBDC is programmable, which means the central bank can turn your money off and on any time they want, and for any reason. They can also keep track of everything you spend it on, and assign you a social credit score, as well as limit what you can spend it on and how much of a particular item you have. The government will hold all your assets, and decide what you can buy and how much. If your central bank, which you will be banking with, decides to go along with the Great Reset agenda, then suddenly you will not be able to use the CBDC to buy a single family home, a car, a motorcycle, or meat. Imagine that. Does it sound like fun?

So paper money cannot reach some regions but CBDC can? If they don't have paper they also aren't going to have internet. Not everyone has or wants a smart phone either.

The government can also keep a record of everything you buy, and assign you a social credit score like they do in China. Get ready for full dystopian communism if this goes through.

What scares me is the programmable nature of cbdcs because if the government decides you can't use your money to buy a certain product because it's not complaint with regulations they actually can do so similarly if for example they say that you have to spend 10% of your income to stimulate the economy mandatorily then you'll have to do so because cbdcs can expire as well as it just a prepaid voucher just like a visa gift card. Along with this there are the obvious security issues so let's see what happens but I'm not too happy about cbdcs

I have used SWIFT Payment service to Buy $2Thousand plus software goods for my job from overseas company (uk). Swift is very backward (technologically) compared head to head with UPI Payment System. but still SWIFT Payment system has become very utilised and relied upon medium by 1st world countries, simply due to repeated use and "lack" of development of trust by any private solution. This is where our Govt. of India backed Payment Solution will give Huge Boost in PAYMENTS & Cross-Seas Business.

The remittance fee and the transaction time that you’re talking about, Is that only for the large amount of payments like 1-2 cr
Or are you referring the same for all remittances including small payments and big payments?

This is Because platforms like Remitly and Wise money transfer is functional just like western union and they are capable of sending payments within seconds but they handle small payments

Why do you say the SWIFT network is USA’s ? It was set up in Belgium and it’s headquarters are in La Hulpe, near Brussels. In the USA they have one of their operating centres.
