Please don't hate me for saying this, lol, but using eye pigments on your lips can be very unsafe due to them not being fda approved for lip use. You can not only get an infection but if the pigment is ingested, which is not uncommon when wearing a gloss because you lick your lips, you may end up really hurting yourself in the long run, especially if you have an allergy. This includes glitters as well.

In the early 2000s me and my friends would do something similar but we would just put on gloss or champ-stick and then apply the shadow on top but it was obviously very matte
