Installation went fine until " Install the GRUB boot loader on a hard disk" it always hangs/ gets stuck at "installing GRUB boot loader " running "update-grub" and nothing happens, I don't know what's the problem please help me.

Dude everything was installed fine but at last when i reboot it is again booting into sys rescue disk so i unplugged the usb when my laptop is turning on then it booted into win10 again what to do??

Hi bro, first I want to thank you for your time and help. Second, Im crazy, I do exactly what the video says, no errors and still can't dual boot.
To enter Kali I need to go to Advanced startup in Windows and enter as it was a "device" in the Windows boot menu.

I have a Toshiba Satellite, with Windows 8.1 with BitLocker enabled.

hi bro i have a surface pro on UEFI system and i must have kali linux i have the new kali 2017 and windows 10 but im having crazy trouble with grub-partition even tho i skip a step it wont work. dummy grub fail fatal error. its hard please help me fix grub i have tried ubuntu boot-repair and also systemrescuecd help help im stressing i dont want to break this stupid surface pro shi....cant let go of kali linux bro i need it for pentesting
