A truly liberated spiritual person is not introverted. The soul of an enlightened being is full of joy and happiness and lacks inhibition because they are liberated from the chains of social anxiety and are fully comfortable and confident being in their skin. They also don't sit on the fence on difficult issues in order to play the game and please everyone. They are strait to the point open and honest. There are many people today claiming to be enlightened and yet very few who genuinely are.

ОтветитьIn May 1992 one Sunny Saturday Morning I Discovered I Had Power Over My Thoughts, Like A Vulture in My Awaken Hours as soon as I opened My Eye, Negative Crippling Thoughts of My Marriage break down and the loss of My Children Crowded My Mind every Day for around 2 or 3 years Me being in Deep Depression this Saturday Morning I had had enough when out of my mouth I Spoke These Words With Deep Conviction " Get Out Of My Mind " as I was washing my clothes for the week I noticed I had Not Thought of My Marriage Breakup then as soon as I realized the Thoughts Started to come again So I repeated over again Get Out Of My Head again the Thoughts went away - I persisted in Ordering out Thoughts Of All sorts and Deliberately replaced The Nego Thoughts with Pleasant Happy Thoughts and after a couple of Months I was attracting more and more Good to myself in every area including Love and Happiness Life in General became So Much Better as I practiced Becoming More Spiritual and Consciously Aware of My Thought Beliefs and Constantly Change Them Also - ( I Came To Realize I was wrong about everything - Now My Inner Being is My Guide ) live in the NOW , leave the past in the past. 👣

ОтветитьI have been an excessive thinker...I sometimes get lost in my thoughts and imagination. But all these thoughts groomed me to become my better self. Now i am learning to let go of desires, the thirst for attention. And i can feel now that how it takes away my negetivity. So i don't wanna break off from my thoughts. I know it will slow down by time.

we only listen to this type of spirituality when we are sad, or things aren't going our way !
when things are great and we are happy, we won't have time for this.
we just go outside and hangout with friends.
This is the best thing I've seen on how the stop excessive thinking.

ОтветитьIm just in this place at the moment , burning out with thoughts and worry. Reading some on Matrix Energetics at the moment as well as some other texts.. The Matrix Energetics helps IF - you don’t get addicted to that! with the thinking you have to LET GO, the way is you interrupt yourself and DO, DO anything to change it and interrupt it. Like he says (and I have not really ever read Eckhart Tolle successfully). You need to become AWARE, go for a walk, use mindful techniques to break it! BUT here’s the issue, IF your a chronic thinker you will derail it, you dont need a mindfulness course to be mindful (it may help) and I did one, skills help but in essence... STOP IT. Take a walk and pick up a leaf, a pettle.. observe, feel.. Let GO. Tolle explains it no better than me , why because he knows that its a Trap - the matrix energetics helps to explain why, its all rooted in the same - the Thought is Energy , we are all energy - it does have a pull. It’s normal :)
Ответитьwhile breaking the habit of excessive thinking make sure not to break the habit of thinking (cultivating the ability to think critically would not be so bad either). We don't need more mindless, indifferent, unaccountable people living "moment to moment" (because You Only Live Once...) in this world, we already have enough.

I was walking this evening & that man asked almost the exact same question I asked myself while I was trying to enjoy the outdoors, but my mind wandered. I heard Eckharts voice in my head, "Be in the present moment." I was laughing at myself. How am I supposed to stop thinking & be present when I keep hearing ways to do it, or not do it, in my head! I am getting there though thankfully and finally. ❤ Thank you.

ОтветитьI am a 72 year old savant in the field of energy and have worked in the classical chemistry chemistry field for over 25 years in my former employment. When I find myself studying or searching for answers to the revelations to a prototype solution that was revealed to myself in dreams, I need to meditate or quiet my thought for even a very small advancement in my quest.

ОтветитьThis guy is me af lmao I feel you its horrible my thoughts make their own thoughts think other thoughts...while I think of them all at once..or mybe just one thought i cnt remember thinking about in the background..maybe two..idk....yes I love analyzing and philosophy it's all I've Had to do with my time my brain is seriously injured ND an injury. But I am healing and will master mindfulness (lessness) very soon I feel it!!
