Guam is hot even in winter and you can drive the entire perimeter of the island in an hour or so. It's just one big base now, with the indigenous people just tenants. Oh billions of dollars spent just to have a JL-3 missile take out the entire island. If, God forbid, a war breaks out. A lot of expensive well manicured bases will go up in mushroom clouds. The geolocation of the island of Guam makes it just so much strategically important to have strong military bases ready for action.

This a nice video of my home island. Guahan has been through a lot, just as any other pacific island which has been occupied before now. Just one thing though. Respect our islands if you are coming to visit, most of all dont piss us off.
