Sync Your Video to the Music Beat in Davinci Resolve (Tutorial)

What I hate though is when the beat is in a fast interval with awkward timing, and you can't even zoom in enough on the timeline to cut where necessary so its a bit off beat and annoying, I just realised that the sound editor helps a lot with this

video on audio with poor audio is not very comforting

Another technique... instead of placing markers on every beat. Use the length of the very first clip as a reference. The first down beat to the next down beat are usually the same clip length (or unit of time). Once you have a clip the size of the beat, you can place clips above the refence clip and cut them to the same length. Of course make some clips span multiple beats and end on a down beat... just to not become monotonous.

another way to drag the clip in to the time line after selecting the in and out points is to just drag it straight from the viwer

is there an automated way to do this yet like premiere or no?

Would be great to sinply drag in multiple clips to will auto cut based on the markers. Then use slip/slide to adjustZ Would be a huge time saver. Or setting in and out points first then add all to timeline and resolve changing speed according to the markers.

For cutting to music, 30fps works better than 24fps because there are more frames to cut to. You are less likely to be able to cut exactly where you want on 24fps. You can move the audio tracks subframe. But that's not very useful unless you're creating custom sound effects or adding individual notes or beats subframe.
