Hey Daria, for your safety when peeling and cutting fruit and vegetables, please use a smaller knife lest you injure yourself, like when you peeled these stalks of rhubarb, a smaller sharp knife would have been much safer! ...Last summer I made elderflower fritters using a light tempura batter, finalized by dredging in light caster sugar. Does elderflower grow where you live? It's so abundant here in England, usually the best one grows right by the main roads though! :) I know it does appear in some other countries, so if you find one - do let me know!

I had no clue what elderflower was until I came to UK and it's quite interesting you can just go, pick some, and make a drink out of it 😮
