hello... besides doing what you have done...i also copied those three ffmpeg files and paste it directly to my SD Webui main folder...and it solved the problem... it can now processed the video output without error

I tried without animation but only getting the final image on intermediate folder

FFmpeg didn't install on windows 10. I followed everything then went to command prompt. Typed ffmpeg then it said this, 'ffmpeg' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
