If this guy goes fishing for gudgeon down the local canal he will make out its life threatening, wouldn't want to get pulled in by that 4oz specimen & potentially drown in that 3ft of murkey water or even worse get mowed down by the old couple on the fast moving barge, its all extremely dangerous...

I'm 99% positive that it is highly illegal to fish for Greenland sharks, especially when it results in its death. They are an endangered species. It's just sad to see one that died over this.

Greenland sharks do not reproduce or mate until they are 100+ years old, they are vulnerable to extinction, so i think this is a bad idea.

Cant believe the giant river stingray in Thailand didnt make the list! Such a great show, among the greatest 3 or 4 nature shows of all time.

The fact that this show stopped producing more episodes because he caught all the fish possible in these remote locations. Speaks for it self. Fucken legend.
