When the die - cast cars was "Made in England" 👍🏻
Ответитьgreat! thx
Ответитьwow respect these guys who used no CAD 😢. legendary! catia, nx etc.. these are your great great grandfather ya.😊
ОтветитьI expect this must be the Lesney factory on the edge of Hackney marshes. We used to live about half a mile away. My mum worked there but I can't pick her out in the film. She used to bring home some of the discarded seconds for me. I had a bucket full of Matchbox cars.
ОтветитьCool vintage footage. Love the music.
ОтветитьI would love to get my hand on the moulds.
ОтветитьWhat kind of pot metal used?
ОтветитьKenapa matchbox yg model vintage&classic Cars tidak beredar di Indonesia?padahal banyak penggemarnya.....
ОтветитьVery cool 👍
ОтветитьGreat footage. Those lovely cars were my favourites in my childhood. I’m a huge fan of the 1-75 line up of the 70s.
ОтветитьThank you , I was playing matchbox cars when I was little , and my son play match box cars too now , thank you
ОтветитьThese people took their job very seriously. Would love to work there.
ОтветитьHermosos carritos 😍
ОтветитьПочти полностью ручной труд ! Сколько тепла и души вложено в простые игрушки 🧸! От такой игрушки и ребёнок по другому будет воспринимать этот мир ✌️
ОтветитьWhat’s the name of the music played in this film
ОтветитьWhat charming film footage. It makes a great hobby to find an old toy car, strip it down and repaint and restore them to as new condition 😀 makes a great display when finished.
ОтветитьMatchbox ❤️Vintage Retro Cars
ОтветитьOh my, every kids dreamplace. 😊❤️👍
ОтветитьThere would be a time machine, for a week to fly in this factory of cars-to type, for memory!
ОтветитьAMALGAN IS POYSEN
ОтветитьMy haven, still love them.
ОтветитьMy Nan worked in the Lesney's factory (Matchbox) I wonder if she's in this film?
ОтветитьBrilliant... I saw most of mine in there! 😏
ОтветитьImagine one of those hot workers bringing home one piece at a time and it won't cost you a dime....
ОтветитьChildren let me tell you a story, Many , many years ago the uk used to make things and employ people making things , all this is just History now , such a shame .
ОтветитьI loved the way egg heads used to wear white coats.
ОтветитьEven toy cars were better back then!
ОтветитьLegendary British toymaker that gave immense pleasure to many .
ОтветитьLook at all the people working, dont see that anymore, robots now.
ОтветитьI wanted to be the fun boss
ОтветитьProper, realistic looking toy cars. None of that plastic cartoony rubbish you see on toy shelves now.
ОтветитьDiecast - one of the best toys ever made....
ОтветитьI have in mind; running a hobby store, that's why I mentioned 1/24th scale die cast metal models.
Ответить..........and now, let’s fly to Portland, Washington and visit the Sawyers View-Master factory, shall we?
Ответить🇵🇹
ОтветитьNice to bad this is all done in China and other places not so nice today.
Ответитьjust 2 minutes?
ОтветитьRealmente very good working 👍👌👷🏢💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎
ОтветитьThis is fantastic 👍
Ответитьнамоленные модельки ( в моём детстве редко у кого такие были , да и сегодня они продолжают радовать )
Ответитьhad loads of these in the 50s, all went somewhere.
ОтветитьI bet those Coronation coach models are worth a fortune now.
ОтветитьThat blonde is fine
ОтветитьCould you imagine getting a nice one made of that wonderful shiny metal, and ornately painted wheels with a streamlined foundation and a pop of color in them (like a 1937 Packard rim set) or some other fancy grand choice to separate from the chromed surface of the body. Oh I'd be real swell if they would of done that, but the companies of China decided to destroy MatchBox, aaand real automobiles to the plastic nightmare melting pancakes on ugly wheels you see today.
ОтветитьI love matchbox cars!
ОтветитьVery nice you can tell a lot of passion went into making them!
ОтветитьI never tire of watching Pathe films. Love everything about them.
