Would this still be good for someone who's scalp is sensitive to the touch? We always thought my daughter was just tender headed but now coming to find out its tied to her eczema. I've been researching products to use, most things are for dandruff and itching. Is there anything for the redness and soreness? I can barely even part her hair without her wincing, forget about brushing lol but I use the purple balless wet brush (shes 14 now) Thank you!

This is my proven hairfall control solution 1. Avoid using very hot water to wash hair. 2. Don't forget hair conditioner. 3. Never use hard water. 3. Use all-natural hair oil, shampoo cleansers, and hair conditioners containing both onion and coconut like littleeeextra cocoonion kit. I have used these on myself as well as many friends, and it worked for everyone of us.

You know when people have Dri-Fit flakes and their head just so you know that is it's a fungus and the only way that you can get it the best way to get rid of it it's not with all the down lotions and creams and and things like that it has to do with one thing and one thing and one thing only will get rid of that dry crappy flakes and I know because I didn't I googled it and ask Google and it's called Omega threes it's a vitamin and is easy to take and doesn't take long and it'll go away and the same thing with the tangles there's one thing there's three vitamins that you need to take and there are dc&e vitamin d vitamin C and vitamin E will get rid of the tangles it's so easy within a week I got rid of I got rid of the tangles I couldn't believe my eyes I was like what I had 10 and 10 goals for the longest time until I took those vitamins vitamin d vitamin C and vitamin E I got rid of it and the stinking ask for them damn dried flakes I got rid of them easily and I took a mega threes and I don't have a Bryce flake in my head at all they're all gone and it's because it's caused by when when you were a child when you were a little baby your mother had made a cut in your like scraped your scalp and that's how the fungus began I'm trying to tell it to help you people out if you were balloons leaving me and what time do what I tell told tell you to do you will get rid of that crap and immediately but you want to use these topical things that don't work and you're spending pouring money down the drain when all I do all you have to do is take all you have to do is take vitamins and you have to be taking them faithfully like every single day

I've been using a scalp mask weekly for my drandruff that has salicylic acid, pineapple enzyme, and piroctone olamine in it and it's made such a huge difference in my hair, i also use a chelating shampoo since i live in a hard water area which helps massively too

TIP: To get shampoo targeted at the scalp rather than trying to get it on top of hair and then working it into scalp, which is difficult if you have thick hair or thick shampoo. Get a bottle with a screw on lid with a LONG POINTED TIP, and add shampoo. If shampoo is thick, dilute it with enough water to make it a thin consistency to go through the tip easily. Place the tip on your scalp at various spots and squeeze shampoo throughout your hair. It's much more efficient cleaning plus you don't waste shampoo by it not reaching where you want it. I just repurposed an Agave syrup bottle, but you can buy these types of bottles at beauty supply stores.

Personally, stopped making such errors & it led to the hair health improving without any hairfall:
Mistake A. Allowing oil applied to my scalp too long... Instead Simply leave it applied for 3-4 hours just.
Mistake B. Massaging hair oil harshly on my scalp. Rather, rub it gently.
Mistake C. Using oil with excess. Instead Use a smaller quantity but spread it evenly.
Mistake D. Not de-tangling hair before oiling. Rather use a dual teeth neem wood comb.
Mistake E. Rinsing mine hair immediately just after oiling. Instead allow for three to four hours and than just clean ur hair.
Mistake F. I was using strong shampoo, oil, conditioner. Instead of use mild, organic ones only. For example, I personally switched to littleextra cocoonionn antihair fall kit and it resolved my hair issues.

Another doctor recommended using dish washing soap once or twice a week to wash the hair. Is that safe? I wash my hair twice a day and I’m bald. After couple of hours my hair stinks, my head sweats a lot oh and I don’t have any dandruff, I’ve tried head&shoulder. Nothing works

I'm not sure I'm understanding this, so are you supposed to use conditioner you rinse out and apply on your scalp and what about a leave in conditioner??

I have scalp psoriasis and can’t wash my hair frequently. My hair is 4C natural and it breaks off & shreds more if shampoo too much. I live in a small town and don’t have access to hairstylists who deal with ethnic hair.

A little bit of baking soda sprinkled in the palm of your hand with shampoo does wonders. Removes scalp build up & relieves itchies. I keep a box in m shower just for this.

Very informative as usual. Thank you.
Couple of questions for you regarding hair. This could be a couple of videos 🙂
1) How necessary are conditioners. How long to put on scalp. How to identify good ones ? What ingredients.
2) Do you recommend hair mask over conditioner ? Any recommendation for leave in conditioner
3) Can I just use like regular salicylic acid face wash on my hair (like the laroche posey)
4) Why can't I just use my body wash on my hair ? Are the ingredients in shampoo different.
5) I am south asian and I have found that my hair is pretty dry even if I use a good conditioner. And no product out there does a reasonable job of keeping my hair not dry. I have tried expensive products like moroccanoil (which has very little actual oil). The only thing that works for me is a couple of drops of oil. Of late I have started using rosemary oil. I read that there is data to show it promotes hair growth. Any thoughts on this please.

I got dandruff from not washing my hair so often, but it was solved with a Dercos brand dandruff shampoo, which is from Vichy, has salicylic acid and selenium. It's very good, I massaged myself very well and let it act for 10 minutes. I used it for a few days and the dandruff was solved. Thank you doctor Dray

If you're using a clarifying shampoo weekly I would definitely be deep conditioning and or doing an oil treatment weekly as well. That will dry it out a lot. Also I feel like a lot of people sleep on protein conditioners. Using one of them monthly would help a lot of damage

I have natural hair but I need to shampoo (with sulfates) at least twice a week. My scalp will be miserable if more than a few days go by without washing. Plus, I sweat a lot while working out so I need to clean that off.

It can be challenging since my hair is about bra strap length.

Another effective but unusual shampoo as well as face and body wash is black soap. Yes it looks black but lathers non color so no worries. Its AMAZING for gentle exfoliation on the face to clear skin while keeping it soft and supple. Its great for gentle scalp exfoliation while keeping hair moisturized too 😘
