Your product is misleading. It says Windows 11 Ready on the box, and yet Im dealing with a runaround by your technical support team to figure out how my system can be upgraded. The level of frustration you guys are providing me is through the roof. It is not ready for windows 11 if even your basic technical support team cant fix it for me.

Have tried Windows 11 twice now on an Asus UX-430UN (i7-8550U) - and both times have had major battery life issues (Windows 10 can still get about 4 hours usage from 80% charge - Win 11 - I'd be lucky to get an hour) and things like the Auto screen brightness sensor no longer works. So sticking to Win10 for now as we'll still be getting support from M$ for another 3 years or so.

How about how to install your BW-16D1X-U in Windows 11? None of the included software will install, instead claiming error on drive G - But I only have drives marked C, D, E and H. There is NO drive G! See photo proof. So what do I do now that Asus no longer provides downloads of the included software as they always had? W/ it I could have installed all from the downloads!
