What's the fan speed with the 4090 here? Temps fairly high at 70+ deg. Also, is this with 600w bios?

considering AMD card is literally twice less expensive, is damn good performance for what it is.

Dope game, played it @4k downsampled to @1440p using a 4090 aero with decent enough frames

I am now a proud member of the RTX 4000 family. Just bagged myself an RTX 4080 16gb. It will severe me well for a long time as i only play at 1440p

Did they fix the 7950x3d scheduling issue or are you using process lasso?

On 3090 with dlss quality would be twice more fps

The amd frametime is a shocker considering it’s half the framerate.

RTX 4090 the king

I think this is an interesting point. If I'm not wrong, this game only has DLSS 2 and FSR 1, so it doesn't have Nvidia Frame Generation. But in theory, you could use AMD FMF from Adrenaline to get the same or even better performance on the RX 7900 XTX than the RTX 4090. And there are many games where this is the case.
Could you make such a comparison?
I think this it could be interesting for many people, and of course a pointless for many others, but each person has their own choice.

Comparing them in Sam's Story should be interesting since its very CPU heavy.

When you play Sam Story, do you find that's more demanding. I have 4090 and find there are some areas where it dips to the 50's. e.g., in the very beginning where talk to that dude on the roof.

You should watch digital foundry video about the enhanced version. The settings are not the same for nvidia and amd. Raytracing quality is lower on amd gpus no matter the setting. The enhanced version is the only game where the same setting has different quality on different gpus.

Have to test it on my 5800X3D & 4090 system again. I remember it was better 🤔...
