This is one of the worst pains I’ve ever felt, never had gonorrhea, but someone I knew that got this told me about how much it hurts, so on my next STD screening I asked for them to administer the shot to me, just to see how much it actually hurt, it felt like lava was mixed w acid and and put in the syringe, the pain slowly crawled from the injection site all over my backside 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 last for what felt like 10 minutes

My sciatica emanates from the injection spot shown in the video as well as from the center of the hamstring.
I'm stuck using old fashion elbow grease and working the hell out of it until the sciatic nerve completely fuses back together.
It's not easy but it will repair from heavy and frequent P.T.

next time dont use a red x maybe a green open small square.. red is considered stop or do not proceed etc. i was confused as to where to place it as i do have sciatic issues. but thanks had to rewatch it couple of times.

WARM UP YOUR TEST!!!!

I take a bowl and fill it up with roughly 1/2 inch to 1 inch of water. I heat it up in my microwave for 52 seconds on HIGH. Every microwave may need different times, but that is the sweet spot for me. I only have the bowl and water go in the microwave and not the test. Afterwards I take it out and sit the bowl on the counter. Then I pick up my container of test, and sit it down in the heated water. I let it sit roughly 5-10 minutes. Then I use my alcohol swabs to wipe the top of the container before drawing my dose, and also wipe down my upper cheek or leg for the injection.

I find warming your test minimizes post injection pain or PIP which sometimes can hurt. I hope this helps someone.

Glute injections aren't used much anymore except for larger volume injections(2mL +) of thicker consistencies, like antibiotics. If you ever have to get a large dose of penicillin injected, you'd better pray it goes in your butt and not anywhere else. It's painful, but taken in the arm it hurts much worse.
