ОтветитьI've got to admit...I came into this workout wondering whether I would get enough of a sweat on with the 'low impact' description. Sweaty, challenged and happy without feeling unwell. I can do HIIT, but I feel like there are so many more factors involved (adequate sleep, perfect headspace) to gear up for them. This was just what I needed and I felt like Anna found ways to still help us get in cardio and strength without jumping. Just amazing. You are a beautiful light, Anna! Thank you!

Today was *hard*. But I did it. Improvised when I was struggling, but kept moving. Get a full night's sleep, people! It helps so much!
