How To Create Idea Pins In Pinterest

Amazing video.... I have a question - I am trying to re-upload a video on Pinterest by downloading it from tiktok. So I want to add music to it before uploading but pinterest doesn't show any option to add music. Can you help?
Also, if I use the app to create an idea pin there is no such option as idea pin, there is just 'create pin' option so I don't know if its idea pin or not....
