the sudo mount always gets error when I enter it

I tried doing this on Ventura, had no luck. :[

The last part keeps telling me volume could not be mounted: permission denied

this method was so-far unsuccessful for installing "digitech 003 family" controller. Package appears to install, but after install the app icon is blanked out with the message that 32bit apps won't run on catalina (intel mbp)

I'm trying this on Monterey. I got the SIP disabled but when I run "sudo mount -uw /" I get an error:

mount_apfs: volume could not be mounted: Permission denied
mount: / failed with 66

And therefore keep getting the same error when trying to install old drivers. What is this last command supposed to do so I can try and find a way around the error? Since the SIP is disabled there should be a way to make this work.. Thanks.
