i actually started drinking ginger with turmeric thru this video,p sadly without oregano but even so i have seen changes. i also changed from high to a low carb no sugar diet and i have noticed the bloating is gone, the pain is no longer there. i still have light bleeding though i am praying that in the next two months my 8cm cyst will shrink. ps. i also ate fruits that are anti inflammatory and anti oxidant.
