How to Upload 4K and 1080p Videos on YouTube App

I'm 2023 that option is not visible so I will dislike

I think there has been an update since this vid because the upload quality is not coming up for me

There is no upload quality

it's been 17 hours and the 1080p option still does not appear on my video. I recorded video at 1080p. does it really take that long? my video is only less than 3 minutes.

I pressed the camera in the settings and I didn't see the 4k and 60fps option. Why is my device an iPad 💗

why when i upload videos it will only go up to 360p even though i have it set to 1080p

So your telling me if I want go videos I have to wait A very LONG time for the video to process
Or I can wait till I have more then 1k subs so that I will have a good codec to upload in I need 4K and without all my videos look bad because my codec is avc1 which isn’t good at all and THE ONLY WAY I can get a good codec is WITH 4K and it doesn’t even let me select it HOW IS THAT FAIR
