Maybe it's all about a target (radiance), pc at first have no target, no point, as it goes on it gets target. 1st replace HK, 2nd kill radiance, 3rd kill absolute radiance, here it have it focus,. it's focus on the target. Vessel needed to understand it's orgin's, comes to understand it's nature, and then uses this nature to focus on it's target (and focus is spell we start with). Or maybe I had one beer too much :)

When you think about it the godmaster ending where you give the flower is the best ending because the original hollow knight possibly survives.

The reason I completed the pantheon of Hallownest was for the ending, but it’s a pretty good achievement to brag avout

If I could post a stupid question…
I’m incredibly late to the hollow knight lore and game etc I purchased it years ago but got intimidated and decided to 100% Cuphead, Ori and the Blind Forest, and Ori and the Will of the Wisps, and play super smash bros before coming back to hollow knight…

My question is with this game having multiple endings, if I access an earlier ending, will I be able to continue to play and access the later ones? Or does the game end and credits roll whereby you then have to restart from the beginning to access the other endings?

I understood that the Knight focused the void liquid and combined itself with it to become the shade lord. So its technically still the knight… just in a new form?

The hollow knight was probably always able to break out of their bindings, but just chose not too.

What i think is the chains are designed to chain up infected creatures, which might be why the hollow knight is freed and we arent immediatly chained up, so when the hk is uninfected they come out and are like WASSUP

It's also worth noting that the godseeker capitalizes god, us, we, our and other things that mean plural people. Just something I noticed while playing.

i believe shade lord was a fight before getting in the lighthouse because in ari gibson's book it shows a similar creature in the abyss.

My best guess for the Hollow Knight breaking free is that the chamber was designed to restrain a void entity with the radiance within. Since when the lil' knight traps the Radiance in that ending, the chains entrap it too.

I dreamnailed sly and it said that "3 brothers shoud get together" or something like that

(just a theory) I believe that after the Radiance got killed by the Shade lord, all dream barriers and similar techniques used throughout hallownest (most notably Sealed Vessel's magical barrier that mostlikely prevents escape and dream interaction similarly to the white lady's barrier) got either destroyed or highly weakened as the void consumed the dream world along with godhome. This weakening would give the Sealed vessel an ability to break free as the chains would shatter easily (like in the normal hollow knight fight). This theory would however suggest that White lady's growth would no longer be impeded and she would only regain her "pale being" strength or whaveter since she was supressing/weakening it intentionally. So the reason the Hollow knight might've just stabbed the nail in the ground instead of instinctively attacking Hornet would be that the Hollow knight is still mentally recovering from the infection.

I have a theory of why bill just came out of nowhere.
The song that plays in the final phase of abs rad is call “Tuning” and the dream nail dialogue for A.R. is “ANCIENT ENEMY” So when bill appears after that, they finally attuned with bill. Godseeker was probably tuning to the void during the sixth phase.

I think that the change in “mind” to “focus” is because the Knight is the controlling being in the Shade Lord, and the pale king said the Knight has “no mind to think”, so it is the knight focusing the void to its intentions

I personally think that the shades came together to make a bigger stronger unit to defeat the absolute radice, I believe shades are made of void witch is for what I heard a liquid, so I think they merged to create the shade lord, if there evidence to disprove this please tell me, I don't wish to live a lie

I think the reason the Hollow Knight breaks free of his chains in the ending is specifically because the Radiance is dead. In the Hollow Knight/Sealed Siblings endings we see that the Knight is automatically chained up without any work from the Knight or Hornet. It seems like it's set up to automatically chain up the being that is containing the Radiance inside of it, and after the Hollow Knight is defeated the Knight absorbs the Radiance which is why it gets chained up. However this would also likely work in reverse as once the Radiance dies, the chains wouldn't have any reason to be constraining the Hollow Knight, meaning they likely unraveled and set him free by themselves.
