I personally like Indian rockets. Within a small budget, their engineers have become very innovative.

As far as I know, the owner of a house hit by a rocket will be compensated by 2 to 3 times the market price of the house price, including the property in the house. So the local residents are looking forward to hitting their houses, but the western media, including our media like you, will not mention this.

If there is technology that China can't buy (it's notable that China has bought many European and American companies just to get their patents) they just steal it. Chinese way of getting things done: reverse engineering, borrowing liberally from almost all industry leaders, or even just stealing foreign technologies all while investing heavily in own research and development.

Chinese stubbornness is amazing. If there is technology that they can't buy they just steal it, without shade of any remorse. Huawei is one of best examples of Chinese ways of getting things done, also a forward thinking in technological means. Company founded by members of Chinese Army initially provided telephone switches. However company already at the moment of foundation was planning to be Chinese technological leader - company that could compete with and replace foreign competitors, they where ready to do anything to achieve it. They been reverse engineering and stealing foreign technologies with local researchers, investing heavily in research and development. It is notable that China has borrowed liberally from Qualcomm and other industry leaders. Obviously it's simplified and shortened version but it perfectly captures what China is capable of to accomplish it's goals - and it's ready to do anything. Economic and technological espionage, stealing, borrowing, reverse engineering without any permission, also without blink of an eye the are ready for devastation of ecosystem, slave labor, devastating exploitation of natural resources. They are like red ants,, sometimes they just need bit longer period of time but they achieve what they want, sooner or later. They just wait out, outnumber and overrun - anyone, anything.

The Long March, another example of how the Chinese Communist Party politicizes everything. Make no mistake that the CCP has any intent of cooperative space exploration or scientific advances. Everything they do is rooted in spreading their propaganda and influencing the uninitiated to spread it for them. Why do you think the have zero transparency? Because if they had any transparency, instead of thinking about Unsymetrical Dimethylhydrazine, you’d think about one of the most oppressive modern regimes that practices open genocide, where human trafficking is normalized and that tells their citizens how and what to think. Please don’t support this atrocity and let’s discuss something else. Just sayin’.

Correct the misinformation: China and the Soviet Union broke down in 1959. In 1959, the Soviet Union withdrew all experts.
China’s atomic bombs, hydrogen bombs, and rockets did not receive any help from the Soviets. It's all on your own.

The launch vehicles preform quite well, but it is not good for the earth’s environment with the hypergolic propellant hurting workers dealing with with the rocket, and the civilians. It is not a renewable program/ one looking to not destroy the planet

I like your videos Scott but why does China have to be "transparent" with their launches? Considering how the west keeps on pushing the anti China narrative and the exclusion of China from participating in the ISS why would China have to tell the West everything? I used to believe the narrative you are mentioning but after Covid and the whole West pushing this anti China narrative with 99% fake news, now I know why China chose to keep it to themselves cause anything the west can use will just use it as propaganda narrative. So NOPE, if anything, I think China should be more secretive with their program if this hostile western narrative keeps on going.

Chinese Space Angency can join Intel with terrible naming scheme... They add one more letter to signifying generation or something... Now we end up a super heavy rocket having a smaller number than a "newer" smaller rocket.
Of course, SpaceX have the benefit of only have a handful of variants... But still...

I wonder, do the Chinese bases in the Paracel Islands have a secondary mission of recovering those stages? 🤔
