Hey Ben, thank you for the video. Where I work, we spend a lot of money on Google Ads and we are looking to grow our customer base further and close the gap with our competitors. The manager I work with is very sceptic of Meta Ads and does not want to even hear about it, we have tried Retargeting before and we were getting very good results and our customer aqcuisition was 5 times cheaper than Google Ads but his point is that we are just retargeting our audience and we are not bringing new people in. How do I convince him that we must be on Meta if all of our competitors are and that it works? (There is also an argument with the reporting of the results on Google Analytics that it does not show the conversions from Facebook at all even though we have a Pixel installed and we always use UTMs correctly but because the attribution on Google Analytics is where the last click came from, it is quite difficult to make a point that Meta really works)

I'm surprised you say that Meta has any support at all. While you can get suspended / banned on Google, you have to do something wrong. Meta just bans accounts randomly for no reason and there is a complete lack of support or logic.
