FIX Hogwarts Legacy Crashing, Not Launching, Freezing & Black Screen

I wasted a whole day searching and trying to fix Epileptic crash. The only thing that worked for me was to format my custom light windows 11 os 22H2 and downgrade to my previews custom light windows 10 os by oprekin version 2004 and codenamed "20H1" build 19041 that i had for years without problems. Win 10 by oprekin is more lightweight than my custom win 11 but it does not support raytracing in resident evil 2 and 3 games but at least now i can play all my games including hogwarts legacy while having a lightweight windows os. My pc specs are high end. I am currently using latest nvidia drivers 528.49 without any problems. Next steps for me is to find/download or create myself a custom lightweight windows 10 os 20H2 so i can enable raytracing in re games too and see if hogwarts works. Any suggestions to download for custom win os appreciated.

This help me a lot to get the game to launch now I'm just stuck at the preparing shaders. But still thank you for this video.
