It looks like magic but its just geometry. Same with hip (int/ext) rotation which is better in lower position (thanks to the posterior hip tilt). Still big up 4 Kelly!!! Love the principle

From here, tension in the transverse for trunk stability. Should not bother breathing in the belly (=bothering diaphragm movement) You keep this core tension and stretch…
