To do so, simply complete Part 2 of the W-8BEN form, specifically the section for claiming tax treaty benefits, and indicate that the applicable withholding tax percentage is 10% rather than the default rate of 15%. Additionally, please specify the relevant article and section as 12(2)

'12(2), 10%, motion picture / television content and a 10% rate of withholding on image and other content ' කියන එක පිලිවලින් add කරගන්න.
ඉදිරියෙදි 18 ට වැඩි අපි හැමෝටම Tax Id number (TIN)එකත් මේකට add කරන්න වෙයි.
