How did God choose me?
He singled me out December 1st 1995 at 4:20 in the morning

He made me alive!!

The answer is (To love him), The only thing that wasn't good was man was alone, therefore made in the image of God, God was alone. He created a wife (Church)to love him back. God is love, love wants to be loved.

God chose everyone by sending his son to die for their sins. Its people that are rejecting him.

Why did God choose YOU?

Arminian (Free Will): Because God looked down the corridor of time and saw that I would believe!

So basically, God chose you because He knew you would choose HIM? But doesn't the bible say "We loved Him BECAUSE He first loved us" and that "There is NOBODY who seeks Him?"

Arminian (Free Will): Yes! on all counts! But let's not quibble!

And besides that, can you answer WHY did God see that you would believe?
In other words, why did He see that YOU would believe but the other guy would not?
What was different about YOU?
Were you more righteous?
Were you smarter?
Were you able to recognize a good deal when you saw one?


Arminian (Free Will):
Of course I was not more righteous, smarter, or anything like that!
I just chose to choose Jesus because it's what I chose and the other person did not!

Yes but WHY?
What or WHO made the difference in YOU that YOU would "choose" Jesus and the other guy did not?

Calvinists like Mr. Washer here can't know they are saved. They can only hope if they want to be consistent with their theology.

The gift is eternal life. Not faith or a reward for good behavior, but a free gift. All we have to do is accept the GIFT. Acts 16:31. The simplicity of the gospel. First Corinthians 15:1-4. Since Jesus died to pay my sin debt in full, I have no sins to pay for. Since I have no sins to pay for, I cannot go to hell. Since I cannot go to hell, I have to go to heaven. John 3:18. Believers by their own free will that God gave us in His sovereignty are saved forever by what He did for us. Not by anything we do or do not do.

If you repented of your sins you have not received the free gift and you are not saved. To repent of sin is to make the cross of no effect, and believe we can save ourselves.

Never is the word sin, added to the word repent. It says repent. Not repent of your sins. Repent means to trust Jesus as your only way of salvation apart from any works. Romans 4:5. Romans 11:6.

Lavishing the greatest blessings, turning over the inheritance of His own son to someone like me, the worst humanity has to offer.

God said, "Whosoever calls upon the name of the Lord, shall be saved." Romans 10 :13 Living it, walking it, talking it, is ALL great! That is what we will do, if we have truly believed and received Jesus Christ as Savior. 2Cor.5:17. But THAT is not what saves us. That is why God chose me Paul Washer.

God loves everyone in the way that Paul Washer describes here. He realized it on the stairs. Most people never will because of unbelief.

[1 Corinthians 15:1-4]

Jesus Christ shed his blood for all of our sins, past, present and future.
He was buried and rose again on the third day, according to the scriptures.
We are saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ Alone, not of our works, so nobody can boast.
It is amazing grace, something we did not and cannot earn, and something we do not deserve.
God gave His only begotten (created) son that whosoever (anyone) believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.

How do you come to that?
1. Admit your a sinner in need of Jesus Christ.
2. The moment you put your faith and trust in Jesus Christ alone to save you from death, you are sealed until the day of redemption (you cannot lose your salvation) You are protected, justified by the blood of Christ, and rapture ready! (Which is going to happen at any moment)
3. The Holy Spirit will indwell in you, lead you, guide you, minister to you, encourage you, speak to you, teach you, and change you.

TODAY is the day of salvation!
Trust Jesus Christ today!

Jesus took this BROKEN man to SHOW the World what Jesus can do with a broken rejected sinful man.

He did it in and thru me and He can and will do for YOU too.

Reject who you are to RECEIVE who you are in Christ.

Make your flesh the fertilizer for the New Nature God will give you when you bow, kneel and receive Jesus as Savior AND Lord.

Both and ALL the fullness of Christ on Earth and in Heaven.
