Hello Alex! Love your videos. Really helpful. I am curious about Aqara. I was told by aqara official store on taobao that it can't work with Google home and also can't work with overseas hubs. I wonder if u bought your aqara devices from taobao or locally in singapore?

Bought a Mi Smart Clock but have problem linking it to my Google Home Account (error code 83902). Any workaround to solve this issue? The Smart Clock is connected but just cannot link.

MOES smart switch come with safety mark? Or do we need to buy smart switch with safety mark ?

Hi Alex , I benefited from this video . And i want to enquiry and share some thoughts with you :
1)For scene switch , i think between the Near and MOES i think Near is better the MOE scene switch. MOEs its very clickable BUT it does not come with a common battery :) - CR2430 it very hard to buy i ended up getting it from Shopee . Between Mowee vs MOEs vs Near . I feel Near scene switch is the BEST . Though almost x2 in price.
2) Second question on wireless network , smart switches are mainly dependent on 2.4GHZ . its rather useless if we get a triband mesh router because a normal dual band will do just as good as you just need a longer range 2.4GHz network . Am i right to say so ? taking into consideration that we have a cat 6 lan cable plugged into both routers for internet backhaul in each room .
3)Third question , I got smart lights from Near SG e.g. the strip lights and ceiling light and smart light switches from MOEs and Mowee . And i added all the smart lights and switches to the iapplicances app from mowee. I used 2 mowee gateway to spilt the load (15 devices each). Here comes my question is it necessary to have smart lights when we have smart switches ? the only benefit i see now is its dimmable if you need to change the mood of the environment . if we know what "mood" we want in each space e.g living and bedroom. We actually do not need smart lights just smart switches will do . Agree ? What are your thoughts ?

Google nest wired is the WORST PRODUCT EVER !!!I FEEL THAT GOOGLE STOLE MY MONEY...
1. APP GOOGLE HOME IS NOT DOWNLOADED IN ALL PHONES. I HAD TO BUY A MOTOROLA PHONE THAT ALLOWED ME TO DOWNLOAD THE APP.
2. THE CHIME DEVICE MUST BE PLACED IN A WORKING ONE CHIME BOX. MY CHIME BOX WAS DEAD, SO I COULDN'T INSTALL IT.
3. FOR 150 DOLLARS I OBTAINED A DOORBELL THAT ONLY SOUNDS OUTSIDE MY HOME, BUT UNABLE TO SOUND INSIDE HOME.
4. IT IS TRASH.
5. MOST CHINA DOORBELLS COME WITH VIDEO DOORBELL AND PLUG IN CHIME DEVICE!!!! WHY GOOGLE NEST DO NOT OFFER THE SAME????
6. ELECTRICIAN COST 50 DOLLARS TO ATTACH IT OUTSIDE ONLY. THE ELECTRICUAN TOLD ME THAT GOOGLE DOORBELL S ARE THE WORST PRODUCT EVER, BECAUSE MOST OF THE CASES ARE LIKE ME. IF I WANT TO HEAR THE CHIME INSIDE, THE GOOGLE REPRESENTATIVE TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO BUY THE "NEST MINI" OR "HOME MINI" IN ORDER TO LISTEN THE DOORBELL SOUND INSIDE MY HOME.
RING ARE 10000% BETTER THAN THIS GARBAGE PRODUCT.

Do you foresee any issues using a Google Nest Wifi Pro (US version) in Singapore? I heard that there might be some compaitability issues sometimes.
Also, saw that you have a Nest Cam (Indoor). I assume that's a US version as well? Besides getting a plug adapter, it works fine yea?

Beside the notification from the google nest hub, will there be an alarm coming from the google nest if someone were to press the doorbell?

Thanks a lot for all your explanations, I have a very important question, I have Nest indoor cam first generation, wherever the power goes off on it or No internet for more than 30 minutes, they Cam will never comes back to live again and will stay offline forever unless I pull the cable out FROM THE CAMERA SIDE - from the charger side will not work - and then put the cable in the camera again to work, do the new cameras or doorbells have the same issue? I will be grateful if you can check and test for me and for everyone.

Hi Alex, thanks for the video. Can I check whether your MOES light switch cause your other lights to flicker when you turn it on? Mine (w/o capacitor and w/o neutral) did and I was told that I needed to install a capacitor. Appreciate if you could advise which type of switch to purchase to prevent flickering. TIA.

I followed your method and did the same thing.

I am asking around telegram to find out more. My MOES switch is all burnt out. The cables are burnt and the switch cannot be used. 1 by 1 its spoil.... even 1 gang to control lights. its not working. i open up. the copper cable is burnt with the burning smell.. Its connected normally by my electrician. nothing out of the norm. i using the non-neutral. its a new BTO. I use only 2weeks. some of it at the start was already spoil. The switch is forever on.

I wondering if anyone you met have such experience. Perhaps can share any solution/causes.

Does Tuya smart switches come with earth/ground wire ? From what I see it's only Live and neutral wire.
