Sir can we appear tourist visa B1 interview in regional language?

HELLO SIR,
could you please guide me regarding my visa which got rejected twice what should tell them in the next interview. im in a desperate situation, it is helpful if i say the same reason i said before, as i have had the last interview very recently for the same cause and reason. can i repeat the same reason cuz im in the same situation i was before and im sure the visa officer noted it what i explained in the interview. unfortunately, it seems that my reason was not convincing. so can i repeat the same reason or do i have to tell them other reason, as im 100% planning to come back after a short trip and join my work and my family back in my home country.

PLEASE, EAGERLY AND DESPERATELY NEED YOUR SUGGESTIONS AND HELP IN THIS REGARD SIR.

So sad to inform you that yesterday I passed my Visa B1B2 (Tourism) interview in CHAD, and the visa has been refused.
During I've highlighted to the officer everything, and she proved to me that she has been convinced. Like my home, tight and financial status, and so on

She asked me, " Did u travel, and I said no"
Then she said, "u're looking young and u've no travel history, so we can't provide you the visa."

Wallah, I wondered for this discrimination 😢

I applied for a b1b2 visa renewal under an interview waiver drop box. A week later after i submitted my dropbox application i got an invitation email from the consular office in my country to appear for an interview with finger prints. I went to the consulate on the given date and specified time . I was told go que up with people giving finger prints but when it was my time the officer took my appointment letter and did not bother taking my biometrics and straight away directede to other line which was for interview. The other consular officer took my interview for a couple of mins and she did not ask for any documents, in the end i was served with a 214b refusal. Not sure why but i did very well in the interview bit got refused. I wondering why didnt they take my biometrics?

FYI, I was denied K1 visa and spousal visa 10 years ago , which i was in a relationship with just one person ,after 10 years i had my interview today and with my current fiancée i have three daughters ,the youngest are twins and a US citizen and our oldest daughter was born 10 years ago , while i was in marriage with my ex wife . Inaddition, before our oldest daughter was born we get separated because i was married . After our daughter was born she gave me our daughter to raise her and then She marry US citizen and went to US , after 6 years she was separated but not divorced and she came here to visit her daughter , we reunite & agree to raise our daughter . Since then we were together raising our daughters . we are worried because we have been waiting for a long time and need advice on how to face this and came up with issuance of my visa . the ofgicer gave me three papers one is 221g just saying "further adminstrative processing " it doesn't ask documents , second is small piece of white paper saying your U.S visa has been approved and last he gave me paper about " IMBRA " .and also my passport is at the embassy, he told me we will notify you by email when to receive your visa , ur visa has been approved But he said first i have to check for your previous k1 petition ! What is going on ? need ur advice
