After getting over COVID, I observed that my hair was falling out more than usual. In order to tackle this problem I decided to make some positive changes. Firstly, I improved my nutrition by including more protein-rich foods and nutrients. Moreover, I also did some additional changes. I began walking for 20 minutes every day to keep myself active, and I practiced meditation for 10 minutes each day to manage my stress levels. Furthermore, I added the use of littleextraa's cocoonion hair oil into my routine. I applied it twice a week and left it on for 5 hours prior to washing it off with their natural mild shampoo and conditioner. In addition, I started drinking a daily dose of amala juice each morning. Furthermore, I decided to limit my smoking and drinking. I now only take once a month when socializing with friends. As a result of these changes, my hair fall reduced. I was put on eltroxin for my hypothyroidism, 8 years ago, the starting dose being 50 micro grams then after 2 years dr increased the dose to 100 and I noticed my feet snd palms started to dry our and forn deep fissures. Do you think the medication is having a side effect on me

I've a dark circles since I'm 6,i was very fair but since i started have a dark circles, my face also started became dull but my body is still fair as before....it can be happen that I'm suffering from dark circles 😞
