People dont give old folks enough credit, because most are actually very quick witted and have a wicked sense of humor, something one aquires with age. Jokes like this are VERY dependent on the person - If she had demmentia or was visibly distressed by the situation then yeah, it would be eldery abuse, but this grandma is obviously very with it and cottoned on quickly as to what the concept was and played along, so i say good on grandma for being such a great sport!
