in canada that would be 15k a month for sure
ОтветитьWe call them coffered ceilings and a clothes drying rack in the US. Beautiful details in the apartment.
ОтветитьCan I get this apartment for 1200 US dollars for 3 months
ОтветитьOne more question, have you every checked out apartments in Spain? I am very interested in Europe too.
ОтветитьRussell, is there any issue with you living in Russia? How about Americans living in Russia or Kyrgyzstan? It looks beautiful!
ОтветитьIs the electric and gas included in the monthly rent?
Ответить!(: Cool, THANKS ;)!
ОтветитьIt was far from absolutely fabulous. It was very nice, but typical Eastern European.
ОтветитьStunning bathroom....surrounded by astounding weirdness.
ОтветитьGreat price for amenities…I truthfully hate the wallpaper which would be better in larger rooms due to its scale…it’s rather tacky. Like the armoire shelving in dining area and marble foyer. Washer size is laughable for a family or even doing bedding. It would be a 24-7 job. The guest bedroom is more pleasant than the master.
ОтветитьFor $500 a month? Hey, I could very easily live in this apartment, no problem!
ОтветитьWhere ? Looks beautiful, but i love my sweet corner of Europe ❤
ОтветитьLove your video yours.
ОтветитьThank you for the tour. Are there also dryers. It seems the drying horse wouldn't work...?
ОтветитьVery nice, but the one thing I noticed right away...not ONE piece of artwork! I guess if you lived there all the time, it would be a different story. If you were only staying for a short time, like a hotel, there is STILL no art! That is so odd to me.
ОтветитьThose doors looks more like a security door than just a simply sturdy door….and the double key is (or was) a standard in most countries whenever you install(ed) a security door instead of a normal one — I remember my house from when I was a teenager (over 20 years ago) having a security door with the double key. Back then security doors were quite expensive, but since today the newer ones are likely more smart-home getting a basic one with double key (if they still exist) should be not that costly anymore.
ОтветитьThat is absolutely beautiful apartment. Thank you for sharing. My husband and i are planning our trip to Asia next year, just added Kyrgyzstan to the list. The country looks so beautiful and nice to know we can find very affordable and comfortable accomodations. Im gonna brush up on my Russian 😊
ОтветитьI noticed that there is no artwork/pictures on the walls. Only mirrors and TVs. I wonder why that is? I think maybe the ceilings are called recessed.
Ответитьwhere do they get mail
ОтветитьIt's a lovely apartment. ❤
ОтветитьThat eyesore washing machine could have been integrated into the bespoke cabinets. OR in the huge hallway.
ОтветитьLast time you asked what the national sport of the country is and I told you it is dead goat polo ( which I found kind of surprising) anyway you asked and I answered. Hope you see it this time.
ОтветитьI thought you said "A DWARF shop"! I was about to book a ticket to rush right over and buy myself at least a half dozen of those bad lads.
ОтветитьAs others note; this is a far remove from the junkies on streets, the horrid conditions, and vermin common to most large USA cities. YES, I could live there, BUT I could NEVER learn the language!
ОтветитьNot sure 🤔 how income ranks there, but $500 is a great price for it!
ОтветитьDark and outdated.
ОтветитьSome nice features (shower), but the colors and the plans are "off" for an American tastes. I've seen units with washing machine in the living room, but is almost always hidden behind a door. Very few units have curtains anymore (although I think that's nice). In the San Francisco Bay Area a unit that size would be no less than $2K (maybe $3K).
ОтветитьSeems like a step up from a prison with 70's decor, but I'm used to living in a 3000sqft house in western Canada. Decent price though
ОтветитьProfessor Russell, kitchens in NYC or St Louis, MO were “small”. Men or women worked quickly, then, closed the door to the kitchen. The question asked, Do you want top of the line shower? If so, then are you okay with washing machine NOT in the bathroom or “laundry room”. The good news is that… you can do your washing if you an tolerate the noise. The bad news is… always have a basin to collect accidental spillage. In this way, your Hollywood Shower, isn’t disturbed secondary to clothes washing needs. Best regards, Nurse Jane
ОтветитьProfessor Russell, with respect… Moslem parlors are furnished as this, large sofas chairs against the wall. In some cultures, men talk; no women except to carry in food. Sometimes children allowed. Sometimes men and women can be in the same parlor. I learned this in Amman Jordan and the Washington D.C. Saudi Embassy.
ОтветитьRaised Ceiling … the electrical wiring or “Systems” hidden around the raised space; however, the cross structure that holds the lighting mist be strong enough for the “Load” including the electrical wiring… re: door handle near bath room… the Light switches on hinge side… look at the electrical wiring…gives a clue. Nurse Jane
ОтветитьMosquito Netting Professor Russell
Ответить“Recessed ceilings.”
ОтветитьIn the usa that type of ceiling design is call a tray ceiling that only higher end homes have.
ОтветитьReminds me of the Middle East...the furniture, the bathroom.
ОтветитьAd hoc is what comes to mind. Several beautiful touches, such as the living room and bathroom, but the bedroom decor is awful and the kitchen is definitely small. It has the feel of someone who designed a luxury apartment without ever having lived in one.
ОтветитьI’m a new sub I really like this apartment very spacious for that price I’m in the USA
ОтветитьThe washing machine in the dining room is neither hygienic nor gastronomically conducive, let alone socially acceptable. WTAF?!? 😳
ОтветитьCouldn't pay me to live in the places you show.....I know there these places are the cat's meow. The wall paper would make me totally crazy and the choppy bathrooms and kitchen....good grief 🤯
However, I appreciate the in sight...
I'd have liked a demo on that shower😂 super fantastic.
ОтветитьThose ceilings are called "tray ceilings".
ОтветитьThe price is very cheap by US prices however I would not consider that apartment to be elite or luxury at all. The decorating has no cohesiveness what so ever. I'd have to take the wallpaper down and have all new decor and furniture to be comfortable. It doesn't seem modern at all.
ОтветитьA fancy shower with 2 seats because we all shower as couples. And it’s located at the front door. It does not connect directly to the master bedroom so you need to dress to go use the bathroom if you live with others. The toilet seat does not cover the porcelain part. The wall paper is horrible. The beds are close to the doors. The radiators are behind the curtains which would block the heat. The doors are pretty narrow. That chandelier looks like it’s from a kids room. Electrical outlets are high up on the wall. The giant support column in the main room is intrusive. The kitchen is really small and jammed together. The laundry is in the living area. And only one bathroom. I’m not saying for $500 a month it’s not a bargain. Compared to US prices it’s a give away. But the insanity of such obvious things that could be so much better, to call this “elite” just makes me so happy to live in the US. Still enjoyed your video.
ОтветитьWow that great got money and well done to very interesting looking 😊
ОтветитьHi Russell, great vid my friend. One question I have, I noticed on the walls of the apartment there are no photographs or pictures on the walls. Is that a cultural thing?
ОтветитьWe call that a clothes drying rack in America. In that instance I would have the washer out on the patio where the clothes drying rack is. I cannot believe the price of that apartment but is it relative to the income?
ОтветитьThat place is beautiful 😊
ОтветитьI am in absolute shock! Such a beautiful and spacious apartment and for the price.... incredible! I'm in Orange county California. You can't rent a closet for $500. I would totally live there.
ОтветитьTray ceilings
