Good morning from London, I'm totally inspired by these kettle bell exercises
I have been training with weights for many many years and I must say it has become boring I'm nearly 60 years old
7 months ago I had a total knee replacement right knee I had no choice
this was the last resort but saying that my physio therapist has given me the
all clear I'm back in gym it's been 4 weeks and I'm enjoying my self.
I'm following your tutorials love them
Any advice would be appreciated

Do you think burpees and kettle bells swings on top of boxing workouts good enough s and c without a lot of time plus I work in concrete and I workout all day
