ОтветитьGood morning from London, I'm totally inspired by these kettle bell exercises
I have been training with weights for many many years and I must say it has become boring I'm nearly 60 years old
7 months ago I had a total knee replacement right knee I had no choice
this was the last resort but saying that my physio therapist has given me the
all clear I'm back in gym it's been 4 weeks and I'm enjoying my self.
I'm following your tutorials love them
Any advice would be appreciated
Thank you
I need to get one or two kettlebells
ОтветитьIt’s also good for professional inn keepers
