Hi Mam.. Good Day! I am planning for my embryo transfer in next 3 months. Currently I am 72 kg with BMI 31.9. What do you suggest me for a successful embryo transfer?I must mention I had 2 failed ET earlier in 2019. I will hopefully have 2 embryos transferred and their grades are: 2AB and 4AC. hey aimee! i watch you tube videos but always seem to miss the lives. However would live your advice as i’m about to do another egg retrieval.
i’m 29 will be 30 in july. i have 7 children. youngest is 2 born april 10 2019( born via emergency c section which is when tubes were tied) i had tubal reversal may 2020. i was left with 6 on the left and 4 on the right. tried conceiving from after tubal reversal up until nov 2020 in which i went for hsg which showed my right side was completely blocked (mid segment blockage with no spillage at all) (tubal reversal failed on the right) However my left open and flowing which is a plus. i conceived in december but within a week after positive preg test found out via labs hcg was dropping and low progesterone of only 2.6. doctors are still unsure of wether it was ectopic that absorbed on its own or just an early preg loss.
i finally decided to go straight to ivf seeing only having one tube it can take longer then having two and just because ivf bypasses the tubes
my first egg retrieval was april 10th i did 300 gonal and hcg lh 20iu . 7 eggs retrieved all mature and 6 fertilized. day 3 had 5 embryos and pushed them all to day 5 ! All 5 made it ! had hcg wash and a body massage 24 hrs before transfer and did 5 day fresh embryo was a 3aa. they pushed the remaining 4 embryos and extra day because they were at the stage before blast. got call on day 6 and was told 3 were discarded and 1 frozen 4bc
my transfer of the 3aa 5 day fresh failed :(
instead of transferring the 4bc in doing another egg retrieval. i didn’t have to do pio as my progesterone was above 40 on vaginal and oral.
i wanted some advice tho on if you think i would have better results doing a day 3 fresh transfer seeing the other embryos last cycle didn’t reach blastocyst day 6? the embryos on day 3 were as follows ... i had 2 4/8, 2 3/8 and one 2/6
what do you think of intralipids and wash day of retrieval followed by boosters?
i know sometimes adding too much can do more harm then good so please give me your advice for a better chance of embryo sticking as i will be having egg retrieval around may 10 and plan to transfer 2 this time

Is it okay to take just 5 mg of diazepam vs. 10 mg when the patient is under 100 lbs on the day of transfer?

My most recent FET failed. My era showed I was receptive with 192 hours of progesterone. My doctor for some reason changed my transfer protocol and only did 96 hours of progesterone and he dropped my PIO from 2ml to 1.5ml. My embryo was thawed 24 hours prior to transfer too and it was a fully hatched day 5. I’m so confused and would love some insight.

Hi Mam, I am Devi 36 years old, conceived and delivered my first child naturally , while we struggled for the second one. It’s 9 years we tried . And we have started IVF and heading for our first transfer on December 11 2020. My embryo grades are 4cb and 4 cc. Can u tell me based on ur experience have embryos with such grades been successful for patients . Hoping that they stick. But in case they don’t, then I wish to go for a second egg retrieval . And if I go for my second egg retrieval will I be getting the same grade of eggs ?
