Great video! Cook had me dying in this one 😂 Chongqing looks like such an amazing city! Also that first dish you guys ate with the bite size fried chicken and dried Szechuan peppers (La Zi Ji) is very similar looking to a dish I had at a restaurant in Chicago’s Chinatown called Dry Chili Chicken. It was from a restaurant called “Lao Sze Chaun” it even has Michelin suggestions. If you’re ever in Chicago I’d really suggest that place, specifically the Chinatown location. Service might not be the best but the food is phenomenal. I dream about that dish sometimes lol
