How to get value from the spinner and display it in listview with SQLite Database in android

How to get value from list view .. example if list view contain 10 and we will accept this value and store it in db.. how ? Pls give some idea .. when we get item from edit text then we use edit_text_name.getItem.toString() . Wht about list view pls tell me sir
