Mark's First Solo Flight (16th birthday)

Thats really cool! I actually solo this week and I'm also 16. I fly the Cessna 152. How did it feel flying alone?

I'm looking into taking lessons, when can you start? I'm 15, and here it says you solo'd on your 16th birthday, were you flying before then? I thought i read on the FAA's site you had to be 16 for the student pilots license
