How To Replace Bose QC35 Ear Pads ( i & ii )

Received 2 days ago. 30 mins in still trying to fit them. Carefully read enclosed instruction sheet, re-watched their YT vid. Frustrating and I’m in swe so I deal w/ problems and solutions all damn day.

Almost thought [wickedly] to just wrap around the cushions onto my Bose with hideous duct tape. That’d be tacky and inefficient though since they were $350 (6+yrs ago) noise blocking head phones, perfect for getting in the zone for programming.

Just didn’t need this extra hassle coming home to install pads for my 6+ yr Bose Q35 which served me well to do mentally challenging programming.

On good side, it arrived early, had high quality, zippered bag which one can re-use, + smart branding, and CEO has good story plot and ‘gives back’ to charities which seems heart-felt.

Will persist later tomorrow.

I used my qc35's over hearing aids which destroyed the pads super fast, this is the second time i've replaced them since buying them, and the 10 clicks tip for installation is the best tip I have seen for these ever!

I've had my Bose QC35 for a few years now and eventually the pads deteriorated because of heavy use. I just got new pads and this tutorial helped me replace my worn pads. I forgot how amazing music is when wearing this headphone.

I just broke one of the 10 little plastic hooks while replacing one of the pads :( The pad still stays attached just fine with 9 of the clips holding it, but I sure wish that Bose figured out a better, more durable solution for attaching the ear pads to the headphones. It would be a shame to have to replace the whole headphones just because of a few broken tiny plastic clips.

I just got mine now, and they do not have the hooks to get into the frame of the headsets! what am i missing?

The quality of the original Bose pads are shit, doesn't last long.
Getting these in this week, let's see how it compares to original. Bought it cos my bro recommended it.
