I wonder if this is the same person selling etsy seo for 5 bucks a listing 😢
ОтветитьSo glad i watched yourvideo. I was considering signing up for a course. I had no idea there were such big scammers in the POD business. thanks for sharing. thanks for being so cool. We appreciate you.
Ответитьshe looks so sweet!
ОтветитьWarning: Be Cautious When Considering Dylan Jaurus's Course
I want to warn others about signing up for Dylan Jaurus's course. It's a scam. Before enrolling, she made it seem like I would receive one-on-one coaching, but she never mentioned that it would actually be in a group setting. She also claimed that 24/7 coaching support was available, but this turned out to be false. After I signed up, I tried to schedule a one-on-one phone call with her coach, but I couldn't without paying an additional $150 for just half an hour. That’s when I realized this course is a money-making scam.
Just three days after signing up, I tried to cancel the course via email, but they refused, even though I hadn’t used it. I was misled into believing I would get private coaching, which is essential to me, and that’s why I agreed to pay $8,400.

After signing up, I tried to schedule a phone call with the coach but was given a video call instead, where they simply reviewed my Etsy shop. Then, I had to wait 24 hours to get answers to my questions, only to receive another video from one of her coaches.
OMG! I need help right now on how’s to get out with this contract. I am being scammed with Dylan Jaurus and I paid $8400. Please help me.
ОтветитьPOD beef madness
ОтветитьIdk who dylan is, but heather seems super genuine and almost never mentions her course so its hard to believe she would be scamming people.... her free course is very in depth and thorough too. Idk about the paid one because its too spendy for me ($1k) but if its as good or better than the free one its not scammy...
What about Jesse Teaches? He seems super knowledgeable (and supposedly made millions with pod), and his course/coaching is like $5k... but no one ever mentions him as good or bad 🤔🤔
Thank you for this information!
ОтветитьThat sales call style is the #1 thing that will turn me off. No Transparency = RED FLAG. They should tell you upfront what costs are going to be. That sales style is a script that's been around a number of years, too. Beware of anyone using that tactic.
ОтветитьLotta yap
ОтветитьRyan hogue is a good dide but overcharges for his courses
ОтветитьThis must be Dylan, I understand why he’s not saying her name, nobody wants a lawsuit
ОтветитьWho's the scammer?
Ответитьnice clickbait there.
ОтветитьHoly Guacamole !!! I teach artists POD while running several large art groups and to hear/learn of such over-rated, extremely over-inflated pricing, no refunds scenarios, and frankly scams - it incredibly stupid of thes so called 'Emmas'. I am so sorry for those artists and new business owners trying to go this route for coaching.... please people do NOT get scammed, if you feel if you're being pushed to take their limited offer, listen to those huge red flags your belly and gut are telling you...
Oh my heart sinks for those that have lost thousands of their very hard-earned dollars/monies., There are teachers out there (like myself) that offer reasonable and real rates that are present and are current with trends, the how to's and who seriously wish for your success, (not theirs, but YOUR successes.)
Hugs to you all and thank you @ShimmyMorris for pointing this Emma out.
nowadays it is hard to make a different between scammers or not, most of the video POD, affiliate business and you named it, have the same strategies and pattern, sometimes videos that giving free training helpful for some peoples as well.
For those scammers and the good ones attract the people with killing clickbait thumbnail, fake screenshot, make an interesting content video at the beginning, lead the people download freebies with email as the exchange, then lead to free training. on the free training marketer do their job, the powerful method ONLY on the paid member area, etc, spamming email 4-6 times a day. then how can we make them different?
"The most dangerous person is a story teller"
This isnt an "exposed" video. Bro is scared of facing a defamation lawsuit lmaoooo
ОтветитьHad a call with Dylan once. So many red flags. Thankfully didnt give her any money. Feel so bad for anyone who got taken advantage of.
ОтветитьHe’s talking about Dylan Jahraus. I can say because I’m one on the ppl who fell for the high pressure sales tactic of the sales call. Def regret the purchase after about 1/3rd through the lessons.
ОтветитьYes. I have been scammed by Emma. I started the course, but it didn’t make sense to me. She’s very vague and just likes to talk about what she has made, but no real help. I’m in digital downloads, so even though I was told she covers that, she doesn’t. I’ve tried to cancel and get out, but they threatened to damage my credit rating. I’m one who is going to pay what I agreed to but will never listen to her again. I definitely regret it. I only have a couple more months and then I’ll be done.
ОтветитьCan you say the name of the person or the course? Without either one of those it will be very difficult to protect people from being scammed if they don’t know who to watch out for.
ОтветитьI once booked a consultation call with one of her team members, and I didn‘t get any information about what to actually expect from her coaching. After contacting them again via email after the call, I was sent the pricing for her coaching, and I have no words about that. I laughed in shock. That is when I knew she was a scammer…
ОтветитьI understand that you're worried about defamation lawsuits, but there's very little point for making an expose if you don't say WHO you are exposing. The problem is, with defamation lawsuits, when you do something where you don't say their name but you make it very easy to figure out who they are anyway, that will generally still count for a cause of action, because 'a reasonable person' would conclude you mean x person. This is essentially the worst of both worlds - it offers you minimal protection and it offers people minimal warning. Especially because if someone does not see this video but wants to investigate 'Emma' before buying, this video won't turn up when they investigate.
ОтветитьKudos for doing this video. I think one thing that stuck out to me being in Australia, is the second interview the guest kept referring to dollar amounts in US dollars. In case people don't realise, the Australian dollar is a considerably lower exchange rate. $US15,000 is $22,237.38 Australian Dollars!
I agree that paying for courses is not a bad thing, but you HAVE to deliver on value!
This was a well made, researched and fair piece of reporting. Well done sir.
Dylan Jahraus
ОтветитьFeel bad for everyone scammed. Think a good starting point is using all free training on the platforms directly. Any expert needs to be vetted for any training that costs money. Thanks for doing this video.
ОтветитьFirst 2 minutes it's dylan. Spent thousands? Took legal action for refund? One reddit sweep to understand its dylan
ОтветитьI am so glad I didn't fall for Dylan's sales pitch! I spoke with her when she was just starting her program and felt very uneasy with the Zoom meeting. She had made a comment that she could sell anything to anyone and it just felt icky.
I did fall for Sweet Spot Marketing's sales pitch. This is a husband and wife team (Melissa and Brad McDonald) that sells coaching for Etsy.
Printify had featured the couple on their channel and so I had blind trust. I spent $8k for 6 months of one-on-one coaching. They set me up with an online portal to communicate with them and take the course that was part of the coaching. It was horrible and had nothing to do with print on demand. After attempting to get my money back, Brad became extremely hateful and near threatening. I ultimately had to file a dispute with my CC. It took 6 months but my CC did refund my money.
Printify removed the video and removed their company from their website as a result of my experience but then Everbee featured them. Be careful!!
WHAT I DONT UNDERSTAND IS WHY ARE WE WITH HOLDING HER INFO THIS IS SO SCARY HOW MANY MORE PEOPLE IS SHE GONNA HURT OR F UP THERE LIFE WITH HER SICK ACTIONS I WISH WE ALL NEW WHO THIS PERSON WAS SO WE KNOW TO STAYYYY FARE AWAY 🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
ОтветитьTo be honest, most of these "gurus" are fake to me. All of the videos they post, they analyze other people's listings, showing you "the next big thing", which is exactly what I can do on erank, everbee and other platofrms. They never share their success. I've been in the game for 4+ years now and I am very sensitive to this. I remember being excited when they would announce they are opening a new shop and doing a challenge to show that we can start in 2023, 2024 etc... and dead silence after 3-4 updates. They make money of YT, their "courses", and not their Etsy shops anymore. I don't believe no one.
ОтветитьI wont entertain anyone who makes you set up a phone call before telling the price.
ОтветитьLuckily I never bought any of those programs, but I did watch her videos. Thanks for the information, I’ve now unfollowed her.
ОтветитьShouldn't you tell everyone who this scammer is? I mean, we need to know!
ОтветитьSo if the person is scamming people why protect their identity so other people can get scammed ?
ОтветитьMy flabers are ghasted. I followed them on Instagram (if it's who I think it is) and immediately started getting dm'd. It really created resistance and seemed like a money grab. I decided not to take the bait for my mental peace. I also searched reddit for some feedback.
ОтветитьThanks for sharing awareness to all these gurus courses… most beginners can take a $100 course on UDEMY for the same type of content;
Ответитьkeep up the good work shimmy. i wasted over ten years of my life and 1000s of hours on POD--one of the biggest mistakes of my life. i finally got tired of working for pennies. i made more $ in 5 days in an office setting last week than i make in a month with 1000s of POD products which have all been shared to twitter and pinterest. i am a lifelong artist with professional university art training.
ОтветитьMy experience ended with some kind of "free" webinar that was suppose to include a free consultation; BUT, in order to have your "free" consultation you had to qualify & commit to paying for future training or something like that. It was very high pressure.
ОтветитьYou ever wonder why none of the other Esty trainers never have Dylan as a guest. They see through her BS. Shimmy's the only one calling it out even though we can't technically using her name. And I looked into a year or so ago and was quoted $5K. 😂.
ОтветитьSo we all know this is Dylan right?
ОтветитьHey Shimmy long time no speak, I HAVE A QUESTION THOUGH......but after months of nothing.... I got a job at a medical marijuana pharmacy,).. Recently started a niche based off of the name of our strains,... And now corporate is looking at them to decide if they want to commission my designs for the company for company wide distribution (about 4 states big...... How should i bargain for a fair rate for my designs??.... This might be my big break.....your advice?
ОтветитьWild guess… it’s Dylan
Ответитьguys i can leak all her courses... 5 likes and i swear i will leak her courses right now
ОтветитьThis video needs to go viral. Plus, she said she is a Navy family. Talk about stolen valor and giving our military a bad name.
