Fun Mythology fact: Odysseus is actually Hermes's great-grandson. Odysseus grandfather was Autolycus, a son of Hermes, a thief and trickster who could shapeshift.

I think it’s so funny that Hermes has an ever present pair of shades because when I was reading Percy Jackson they implied that Hermes, as the god of travel, can go to practically any time as well as place so he’s capable of wearing futuristic things in the past XD
