Anytime it's a video about Android vs IOS it's always the SAME phones. Samsung vs Apple. I mean there are other Android phones that can compare with the iPhone easily.

Android has the same feature as Apple iMessage. It's called the RCS message protocol. With the RCS message protocol, you can get the same features as Apple's iMessage, including typing indicators and the ability to send photos and videos over Wi-Fi and mobile data. With the upcoming iOS 18, Apple is going to adopt the RCS message protocol.

I wish Apple used their UX research to make iOS as intuitive to navigate around as Android. If they fixed this and also added features that should've been common sense by now that are present on Androids, then WAAAAY more people would use them. Apple's hardware and build quality is already peak, all they need to do is implement this stuff and a lot more Android users would be converted.

The thing about the build quality i disagree with at least that samsung had the biggest balls to actually spend money on a folding hinge for the future of a folding future apple need to build there own folding why wait on samsung for there patented creasless fold apple gets there technology from samsung the only real reason optimization is slightly better on apple is because apple controls it it's not that easy to control the one ui because it's a multi android platform

Me and my family have been Samsung flagship users. Sharing media among ultra models has been horrible . Even tho it’s Samsung to Samsung . So people blaming apple for android issues is hilarious to me. We are all (my family) in the process of switching to IOS and it’s the best experience we’ve ever had 🎉

You can choose where you place any shortcut widget on the top down menu on iPhone. Just go to settings. That’s the only mistake I could see in this video. Subscribed. 

I've been using apple for a decade. Switched over to Samsung this year. I actually feel free. You have no control in apple and nothing is free even though i paid over $2.000 for a iphone with 512 GB i had to pay for icloud. I had to pay for a lot of things. and if something went wrong with the payment. They blocked everything. Music, apps and yes even my personal pictures and video's that was stored on icloud. Disgusted. And when the payment was under control again i had to re download everything which could take up to a day. Had over 1.500 songs on my iphone.

I switch to iPhone when I went to England on vacation with my family. I had an android and my family all had iPhones. My android phone was useless. I couldn’t send pictures and my connection was awful. I do have to say my kids made fun of me. When I return back to the states, my daughter gave me her old iPhone 6 that she was not using and that is when I got hooked. Today I own a iPhone 15 and will never go back to android.

Rejoice, RCS is almost here that removes your primary draw to iOS.

The iOS is neither Simple nor a great experience, I have seen new iPhone lag so many times I can't believe it. Also the lack of a F**KING BACK GESTURE is annoying as hell R.I.P one handed use. Google photos is good enough to back up things and Customisation is a nightmare on iOS. Many basic features are missing from the phones which is too annoying for me.

The iPhone is ideal for those who live in the USA or are friends with the USA, but for other countries it is not suitable, if for some reason the USA is not friends with the country in which you live, then not all functions will be supported in your country and some will block, delete applications that I need, etc. and on android bypassing the system I can install the official apk application and get what I need, imessage is not interesting to me because telegram has much more functions and it does not matter in which country you live, so iPhones are not for the whole world but for America and its satellites!

Actually, I don't think it's that the reason why people don't use it in the countries because I mean. Yes, that is the big reason, but like. Yes, that's a big reason. I date people out of them America. Because I'm American citizen I like people from other countries. I want to bring someone over here and marry them, but they have iphones. They prefer using other stuff in apple messages. Because quote they say it ruins lives. People hate you and I don't want to do that. So I'd rather use other messaging stuff. So I don't have to deal with the problems apple brings

Apple fans defend iPhone with their arguments... Can't do anything... All I say is, just use some budget 200$ Android for a month and you'll realise the amount of functionalities you get and how easy your life is gonna become

I posted this elsewhere but I''ll say it again, ppl bash android but i have never had a galaxy update to semi-brick my phone by causing constant restarts and panic-full messages over a changed battery. Got my phone (14PM) off ebay May 20, 2023 everything fine until april 9,2024 when i OTA ios17.5; now it restarts every 5 seconds won't charge nor will it stay on long enough to update. Apple makes attractive tech but as a company they are evil, true evil. I have never had a android do this. Also, when I say android i mean more than just samsung, I also use sony, motorola, and lg who isn't in the mobile market anymore.

Honestly, there is no right answer & I think it depends on what you value and what's important to you on whether Apple or Android is better. I used the original iPhone to the 4S, and I just felt like they weren't doing any type of innovation/significant change. But recently my dad got an iPhone 15 Pro Max, so I got to takeover his iPhone 12 Pro Max. The time with it has just reinforced what I think the pros/cons of each:

The pros for Android is the customization, being able to have 5-6 icons in a row, clicking/dragging music/movies from my external hard drive and putting it onto my phone. It is just a lot EASIER on Android, then it is on an iPhone. Also as a guy who has multiple Line, FB, etc accounts its easier on Android bc I can do dual apps etc. Charging is another area where Android is becsause you can supercharge your phone a lot faster. Android also comes in more variety of sizes and now with foldables, there is just more out there.

For iPhones, I myself like the haptic feedback when typing as well as the sounds that you hear when sending/receiving messages/notifications etc. I would also say that iPhones look/feel premium and thr resale value is CRAZY when compared to Android which decreases in price from day 1. Other people would bring up Facetime, iMessage, Air Drop and the Apple Ecosystem, but I don't have a Mac, iPad etc so this doesn't apply to me.

Anyways, at the end of the day, it just depends on what makes you happy❤

RCS exists and it's more advanced than iMessage. Will Apple implement it? No. They want people to buy iPhones JUST for iMessages.

Also, on Android, EVERYTHING is customizable, INCLUDING the animations. I literally have the same animations that are on iOS and it's Hella better on a 120hz screen. I'll never go back to a 60hz. That mess is straight up cat vomit.

I was android since day one. Changed to iPhone 3 years ago and iPhone is not bad but I miss Android. I miss the pixel phone, the Samsung latest phones. The note 😢
Anyways, once you’re on the eco system is hard to leave iPhone.

The thing is... if you live in america you buy an iphone, if you in others that has little majority of iphone user, use android

Use google messages. It uses RCS (which is basically iMessage but android to android)
