I do not live in any of the countries in the list, but I go for vacation to one of them becouse some family members of mine live there. Could I set up in the country in the list while I am there, and than yet use it when I am not in that country?

You listed viewfruit as your #1 Indonesian based paidforsurvey. Well, I registered and downloaded the app. And I can say that it isn't Indonesian based, because the questionnaire answer option are seems like for US residents. As the banking and address related answers are US based.
