ОтветитьI had a gastric bypass last June and have lost 50 pounds and am now stalled. I watch my calorie intake and track everything on MyFitnessPal but can’t break this stall. I have just subscribed to your channel and hope to find some insight here.

ОтветитьI live in a cold climate and nothing can get me out of the house when its cold to "get moving." Besides, I get up at ^;30 am already every morning to get my daily tasks done before having to logon to work for the day @ 8am. Then I don't get logged off till at least 5pm at a minimum but most nights are 7pm. Its just so hard to fit something in somewhere. So, at first, I need things I eat that won't load onto my body but can make me fill full. I have an issue with my leg joint at the moment, so I can't do much cardio till further notice. I am in a real mess.
Doctors take care of problems. Doctors do not get enough education in their schooling to give much information and some won't work with you and give standard information rather than customized. I had an awesome doctor (I am a veteran and go to the VA) and he just retired) I won't be gong back to there is a permanent replacement.
Hi. I am 53 years old and I weigh 273 lbs. I just recently started to swap sugary foods for fruit for a snack. I just started today to walk 6 floors in a 11 floor apartment building. I have talked to my doctor about my weight loss but I start and stop a few days later. I need help

Ответитьhormone and thyroid are normal...only need to shed about 15lbs but it's very difficult. The scale doesn't want to budge after losing 10 lbs
