Notify Strip link doesn't work 404

Considering how I Had a twitch streamer directly address my question on stream, and an ad came up on it without his knowledge, I see this fully acceptable to use.

my twitch keeps refresshin whenever an ad comes up

I installed everything - it works, but the only thing I get is "Waiting for ads to finish..." in the top left-hand corner and the quality defaults to like 480p or 360 and when that disappears it goes to the highest quality avalible, but I can still watch the stream I am watching. Any solutions to that issue? Thanks in advance.

It works but stream quality goes to 480p when ads are running, then quality goes back to normal after all ads are finished(for me 1080p).

its because the people that say it isn't working don't have the notify strip installed
