I found 2 version on iPad Appstore. The first one named “PDFelement:PDF Editor&Scanner”. And the other is “PDF Reader - PDF Element”. What is the difference?

I recently purchased PDFelement on my Mac specifically for the AI element Lumi. I see in the comments that Lumi is not available for Mac yet. When it becomes available will existing Mac users be automatically upgraded with the Lumi feature or will we need to purchase a whole new program?
