This is a bit inacurate you labeled the video as elite special forces, you listed trainings that are not special forces training(sure special forces go through them but its not the training that gets you the title of special forces) These courses are tough but as jameson travel says its not practical, i mean maybe its good for hand to hand combat with smashing bricks and stuff, but if you get to that point you missed up something, as jocko wilink says. But goodwork keep it up!
