I can see here that the $240 payment from Fiverr was unable to be processed by Payoneer and was therefore returned to Fiverr as your NayaPay(attached) bank account is declining the said transfer due to transfer limitations.
Please note that in order for the Fiverr payment to be successful, you either need to add another bank account or request with NayaPay (not with Payoneer) to increase the allowable transfer amount.
