Could not find driver when connecting Laravel to SQL Server - Solution

trying to load pdo sqlsrv drivers in php 8.2.5

I'm using laravel 9. my php version is 8.1.19 and i have import pdo_sqlsrv_81 & sqlsrv_81 (dll files). But it still show error could not find driver.
