Bullshit , everyone in slab city is homeless !
Go to any city in the US and it's the same , they just haven't experienced the pigs coming and cleaning up their mess , there's no business a ross the street complaining and no city coming up with ordinances that are unconstitutional kicking them out and taking their shit .
But I know for a FACT this will end soon and then the people of slab city will be crying like babys and there will be nobody to listen or help

I love Slab City folks. Great vid!! So we basically have the same freedoms here at Cleburne…basically we do what we want and build what we want and grow whatever…we can choose to mow or not to…we can cut trees and use the wood how we please and we can have whatever animals we want. I basically live in the main compound. Only drawback here is whatever we build raises our taxes. As long as we balance it…its all good. Next year an outdoor kitchen, campsite and kayak docks. I also wanna build bottle windows and try living roofs. We do have to catch rainwater or buy water from town and we can have solar or electric. Up to us. I love it here plus we have four seasons. Best of all worlds in my opinion.

That place is awesome . How can we move all these homeless people from LA out there . That way they will not be homeless anymore .

Slab City is mostly for lazy people with little, to no hope. They all say the same thing... we are free and can do whatever we want here. Well.. I work and pay taxes, have bills, I am working poor and can also do whatever I want in my home. I would rather work, pay my bills and be poor than live in that area around those people. Good luck.

If I ever make it to the Slabs, I don't think the trip would be complete without meeting Jack and Dot. They seem to be the warmest and kind souls out there. Awesome video!!!
